Central locking won't work

Hi, just brought my self a fabia vrs everything's perfect apart from the central locking. I only have 1 key and this does not unlock the car remotely. I have tried re programming it using vagcom but can't figure out how to do it with only the one key any suggestions why it is not working would be greatful thanks connor
