Jabba and Custom Code

Featured Replies

Can any of you guys who have got either of the above PM me with your opinions of these two remaps and what sort of figures you have achieved ( copies of your RR curve printouts would help, alon with other mods that have led to the end result. I am particularly interested in hearing from anyone who has gone from one to the other and why.

I ask you to PM me as this sort of thread tends to turn into a bit of a slanging match with one or two people arguing over who's is best.

I want this info to make an objective decision on which way to go, either Jabba with Boost Controller or CC2.

My spec outside the remap will be CAI, APR FMIC, 4Bar FPR, Blueflame exhaust with 100CEL Cat Forge TIP Forge DV, descreened & smoothed Maf, Neuspeed lower intercooler pipe.

looking to achieve around 240bhp and 275lbs ft torque

Cheers in advance guys

You're going to get the usual supsects replying to this....and I'll be waiting to clamp on the padlock when it goes pear shaped. ;):D

Not sure who else other than me has had both and I've already decided not comment.

My suggestion would do some searches on here and other forums and decide from what you've read. I would expect any PM's will be more like a sales pitch; if I were to send one then I can't see how it could sound like anything else.

Both are probably excellent, especially when you get it done 'custom' (no I dont mean custom-code, just custom mapping) - I don't think anyone has been truly gutted about the performance increases by either :D

id be interested in this too, i had a jabba map on my octy and tbh i was really impressed but for some reasons jabba dont have a base map for it or something. they said they can still do it but after hearing about CC that too seems very good.

decisions decisions :)
