Octavia tfsi, using fair bit of oil, smells of oil wafting when unopened door, from engine bay, and abit of black smoke wen I booted it off a round about?

Heard it COULD be the pcv or oil breather?

Try fitting a front pcv blank and carry out the rear pcv mod matey?

Rear pcv mod? Haha only seen the bsh blank plates for the from mate+

Blank the front and take the check valve out the rear

Do you replace the check valve with anything? All come in the BSH kit ?

Not sure if it was oil, was dark and rubbed my finger across haha

If this is from the tailpipe then it was most likely carbon mixed with condensation, you would know if oil was in the exhaust as the whole back end of the car would be covered in oil splatter.

Yh suppose, any one got a link to the rear pcv mod and to a blank kit ? I can only find um in dollars
