IDIOT IN MK2 VRS TRYED TO RACE OFF THE LIGHTS IN THE WET HE HAD A SUPRISE

Featured Replies

On my way to work this morning in the soaking wet at 05:30 minding my own business as per usual I pull up at a set of lights , and this car comes up beside me really fast i happen to look at the car next to me its a mk2 vrs , he starts reving it up, the lights change bearing in mind this is a duel carrage way with national speedlimit, so I just build up to 2k revs and drop the clutch this guy is sat spining in first I pull off with no spinning at all just grip take it to 6k rev then hit second and give up its a no contest , as the mk2 is way back probably still spinning I turn off my slip road and he gose by at about 80 idiot .

You know stories of "racing" as such are a bit frowned upon on here. ;)  But 4wd > 2wd in those conditions.

I wasn't racing I just pulled away briskly to about 60mph and it was a 70 zone all leagal .

Racing doesn't have to break speed limits, it's just frowned upon

Maybe we can simply say the mk2 was the one trying and failing due to improper technique given the conditions, and leave it at that. :)

Hopefully before the Do Gooders start moaning :p

All that needs to be said has been said with regards to this.
