Just had my renewal through from Chris Knott - not impressed that they increased my insurance by £29 to £350, despite another claim-free year.

Called Adrian Flux, found me an equal policy (might be slightly better in fact, I'll know when the email with my policy docs finally arrives - still waiting) for £100 less. Also, Adrian Flux was open past noon on a Saturday.

Suffice to say Adrian Flux now has my business for the coming year. I am hoping that they can match Chris Knott's excellent standard of customer service.

I decided to go with Adrian Flux this year. Great price and with some decent benefits as standard. Really helpful on the phone as well and made sure they beat my renewal quote.

The receptionists that take the initial call before putting you through are a little rude but all in all excellent service!
