Fabia RS 6y Glow Plug

First sorry for my bad english !

I have a problem with glow plugs.

I have Skoda Fabia  1,9 101 hp 2007 year.Before 1 year i've changed all nozzles, MAP sensor,turbo. I upload the FLASH with the Flash for BLT (RS engine) but don''t change the ECU only software. Now i link all cables for glow plugs with the original scheme i put the relay. Everything is ok, When I test with vag com the relay and glow plugs are working, but now the problem. When the temperature is 0 degrees they dont work. OK I disassembled and try to find a problem. No problem found, but I found when I start the engine the glow plugs is worked (not before I start the engine). In real conditions the situation is the same . 

So do you how to make my glow plugs to heat before I start the engine.
