Restore factory settings should delete any old pairings.  What system do you have - Columbus or Bolero?

What model bluetooth unit do you have too? Look under drivers seat and quote part number

Radio Columbus.

Bt 5N0 035 730 B

I try factory settings and still bt is looking for blackberry phone (previous owner phone)

Whether you can delete the pairing or not, your problem is that an iPhone can't connect to that module (as it is rSAP only and iPhones can't use that connection).  You need to upgrade your module or use a different rSAP enabled phone.  See the pinned topic at the top of this forum.

Adamal.

That bt working fine but I'm not happy how it work.

The problem is;

Incoming message -no sound

Typing message-no sound

Any games-no sound

It's look like all audio sound is send to radio.

All the time radio asking me "activate Bluetooth audio? "

I try settings but no different.

I don't need bt audio. I just need bt to answer the phone. If the message coming or Facebook there is no sound

In handsfree mode which is the way for connecting to an iPhone you should still retain control over the phone and SMS etc should come to the phone with a phone noise (but not the BT noise or show on the head unit). But when driving do all these things matter anyway?

The reference to BT audio is I think to support music streaming from phone by BT.

I'm taxi driver so I have few message or text.

Email from council I i don't heare anything so it is important for me.

Is any other bt witch is basic?

This is a basic BT connection. In hands free mode, the sounds should still be present on the handset itself. Are you saying they are not?

Every time when I receive text message there is no sound and radio asking me to thern on bt audio. Even when I typing message is asking me for bt audio mode

I am not an expert sorry as I use rSap connection with my S3. I thought in handsfree you would get notifications on phone still. It sounds like it is possible to configure settings for the notifications somehow. Perhaps others with an iPhone can advise.

I can send my old module to someone who can upgrade and then send back to me with new software so I can use wit iphone.

Anyone can help me?

That isn't possible.  Your old module only works in rSAP mode so won't connect to an iPhone (Apple does not support this).

This issue may be due to settings somewhere.  I've just been outside and connected my S3 in handsfree mode to my BT module (which is the same as your new one) and my phone vibrated when I got a text, so it is presumably possible.  I didn't have to change any settings and don't get the activate BT audio message.  I presume you have the Columbus head unit???

  • Author

Yes it is a Columbus. I try all settings options and there is no change.

What is the message you get exactly when you get a text on your phone? And is it via the head unit or the dash cluster?

"Activate Bluetooth audio?"

If bt audio is active then is no asking me.

This message comes on radio screen

That is definitely to do with streaming and I don't think it is relevant to your issue. Could it be a setting on the phone in respect of the BT pairing?? On mine there is a tick box in the pairing settings on the handset itself to use phone audio...

There is no Bluetooth setting on iPhone. Just on and off

On mine its on off for Bluetooth, but what I was referring to is in the settings for the actual pairing to Skoda-bt.

YES!!!!

Bluetooth-media player -disconnect

Working fine

THANK YOU :)
