Electrical front seat w/ memory auto back slide

Is there any way for the drivers seat to automatically slide itself back when exiting the car?

you have to activate it via vcds

As stated possible via VCDS - it is in adaptations on the memory seat controller (36) and is a pretty nifty simple mod...

I use button 1 for driving and press button 3 when I want to exit the car. That way it also avoids any wear on the seat side bolster.
