Hi All,

new member here, I have a problem with my T reg Felicia 1.3 L.

on turning the ignition on you normally get buzzing noise and the car starts.

This has been working intermittingly now its stopped completely, I have been told that its the fuel pump relay.

now looking at the relays they are not marked up to tell which is which can some please identify which one it is.

The fuel pump relay is r5, which is on the top row, second one in from the left.

 I have been told that its the fuel pump relay.

The exact symptoms happen if the fuel pump failed. Or the wiring in between.

To check if it's the relay, take it out, short with a thick wire the pins shown in attached photo then turn the ignition key to ON position. Listen to fuel pump buzzing. If buzzing, you need a new relay. If not, you need a new fuel pump or if you're lucky the wiring in between has failed.
