hiya guys wondering what is the best spring and shock upgrade for the mk 1 octy vrs  not really looking at coilovers as the pro sports put me off ride was to harsh so looking for best comfort and handling all help is much appreciated

I USE KONI SPORTS AND H AND R SPRINGS LOWERS 20MM AND HANDLES LIKE OE WHEN DRIVING SENSIBLE BUT AMAZING IN CORNERS , EIBACH ANTI ROLL BARS HELP TOO  

have got h and r springs on at the mo with standard shocks just not quite low enough for me

Just swapped FSD's for B8's, FSD's good if you want comfort, B8's firmer ride, personal preference for Me the B8's.
