dsg changing gears, is it norma?

Yup... that's definitely broken!

 

Watching your videos then the one I posted straight after makes it really obvious.

 

On a light throttle like you were it should change at pretty much bang on 2000rpm and the revs drop straight away not jump up before down.

 

I'm betting on a clutch pack problem.

 

Get the dealer to fix it for you.

Hold on, dont jump to dealer already :) Im not such a rich guy and there's no warranty on the car. Do you think it is the clutch or mechatronics unit? Does anyone have an idea how much would be the clutch including labour? 

 

Im planing to get warranty direct, they quoted me £500 per year but I dont really know whats covered.
