Has my Bolero died?

Featured Replies

I noticed this morning on my way in to work that when adjusting the heater setting, my Bolero screen illuminated but failed to show any information. Likewise, turning on the rear demist illuminated the screen but with no info. Turning the head unit on, I don't get the Skoda greeting screen and nothing is displayed.

Has it died, or is there anything I can look at to see if its something less traumatic? If it is dead, can I install an Amundsen head unit in its place without issue?

Thanks in advance

DD

Quite a few common problems with the Bolero. I had the all-white screen a number of times and mentioned it at the next service. They said there was a service campaign listed to replace it so I got a brand new one!
