I've been trying to fix this problem for some time now but no one has been able to supply the part :(

I need the little bush that the selector arm sits in, the gear stick feels slack and when in reverse it holds the gear fine, but the gearstick pops up instead of staying pushed down as it should do.

I've attached a pic of what I think the problem is. Any help is gratefully received.
