front discs &pads change

Is it easy to change discs &pads on skoda superb 2

Did mine myself, there fairly simple to do, about an hour job, plenty of VW or Skoda instruction videos on YouTube, got mine disc's and pads from EuroCarParts, tried Pagid this time, their made to OEM spec but not a OEM supplier, about £30 for each disc and about £30 for a set of pads, so your looking at about £100, did them about a year ago and I've been really impressed with the performance of them.

I agree with bryanp, it's straightforward, the only issue is the brake disc carrier bolts can take some shifting.

I did both front and back in the last 12 months.

I did order from euro parts but their search results wasn't right for my model so had to return them and bought them from a local company instead.

In the end I used mintex

Can't remember if you need a spline socket for the calipers.

Also handy to have a wind back tool.

The way I think of it, It may appear an easy job for some people, but if you are not 110% sure how to do a job, then leave it to the experts ;) especially a safety critical item like brakes.. ;)
