Featured Replies

Hi All,

I am new to owning a Skoda. Picked up my Mk2 Vrs estate today and love it already. It is the diesel 2011 plate. Any help regarding common problems/faults, likes and dislikes, and any other useful info would be greatly appreciated!!

Ill hunt around the site in the meantime.

Thanks

Vall

Absolutely love it! Cant fault it at all. Although im struggling to find my multi cd changer. Are they in the boot or can i insert multiple cd`s in the regular cd slot on dash? Do you know? Maybe the previous owner removed it in which case i need to get back to them as it was advertised as 6 cd changer!

Enjoy it! :D

Our '11 plate vRS has the Bolero" head unit, (std equipt for that year) & it is a 6-CD changer, all loaded via the single slot in the head-unit.

The bolero also has a front mounted slot that accepts SD cards, another easy way to carry a lot of music around....

My older '07 vRS had a separate 6-cd changer in the boot, the Bolero is a much better unit all round. Even plays MP3 encoded CD's, quite handy

if you want to burn 4/5 albums on one disc & save some space in the car.

Bluetooth was an option on your car, if you don't know what your car was built with, ask a Skoda dealer, they can help if you give them the VIN or Reg number.

If you do have the multi-function steering wheel, with the phone button, it should be possible to search for a an active (Bluetooth switched on, & visible) mobile phone.
