Never used winter tyres with steelies before but fitted a set on the vrs at the weekend

I don't mind the way they look,they give a vague idea of what the car would look like with black wheels

From a security angle (exposed wheel nuts) plus they are open to the elements is it worth putting wheel trims on ?

I wouldnt bother. Personally.

So when the alloys are on, the wheel nuts aren't exposed then?    Personally I'd leave them without wheel trims off, too much of a ball ache, if need to change a tyre etc.

Compatability chart says they don't fit Fabia

Fitted Fabia official trims last year and they were such a sweat to fit ( & cable-tie ) that I didn't bother this year.

Mrs puny hates that, which is another plus for leaving them off.

Correct but on an alloy they have the caps on and are inside a surround on the wheel centre

As they are now they look very exposed

As for fitment ,on the eBay app it says Fabia 2011 - all....but if they're ok in the elements I'll probably leave it
