Set ofAudi Alloy wheels and Continental Winter TS810 tyres 205 x 55 x 16 (91H). 4 mm remaining tread. Wheels are absolutely true and do give the extra traction missing on summer 18" wheels. Used on my MkII VRS as per picture but won't fit my new MkIII. £180.  The Dropbox link shows them in better detail.

Just need to check 16" will fit on my Dads superb. If they do he's interested in them. I will PM when I find out if they fit.

 

Out of interest, why don't the fit on the mk3? Is the mk3 a different fitment or does it have bigger brakes?

I have been told that they don't fit over the calipers. They do look closer to the MKIII 18" rims than my old MkII so rather than risk breaking something I have decided to clear them ot of the garage and buy a new set of 17" wheels which will fit. I think their ET is 51 if that helps. I bought them 2 months after I got stuck at the bottom of a very gentle incline and following that the winter tyres gave much better grip in the ice and snow.
