Oil leaking from filler cap

Hi, just lately i've had oil leaking from the filler cap, I had a remap before xmas and it wasnt leaking before this, replaced the cap and its still doing it, when googling this a lot come up about PCV valves, my mate is a mechanic and he's going to check it on friday.

 

Are these valves some how affected by a remap or is it a coincidence?
