Wondering what kindof mpg pertol fabia owners are seeing on short joureys round the doors and on motorway runs?

 

What kind of prices would I be looking at for a petrol around 2 years old?

 

Which engine? There are a few petrol variants. Mines a VRS and I see about 29mpg with a mix of driving

I have a 1.4mpi  Fabia 2012 .  I am showing about 45mph round town according to display although I haven't checked it fill to fill which is a more accurate method.

Other members have said that the digital display is wildly optimistic.

VRS (CTHE) - mixed urban short journeys & motorway journeys between 50 & 300 miles - 39.1 MPG over 10,000 miles.

You will get significantly lower MPG on short journeys than on longer motorway runs.

1.2tsi, got 55mpg on a mixed 15mile motorway and town drive, average is about 40mpg

1.2 htp 70. Usually averages 45-50mpg on a run.

Dont really do much town driving and it varies too much to say. Length of trip, hills, traffic etc etc.

Today this morning with temps around freezing but clear roads getting over 40 mpg at 70 mph ish in a vRS. Average over 100 miles mixed driving getting 37 mpg.
