Has a date finally been decided or is this still "some tuesday, wednesday or thursday in November" ?

Rightly or wrongly I started a second thread which I hoped accomodated everyone as the original thread gave far too many options and we were going round in circles and a meet wouldn't have been likely at all!!. The date of the 17th Nov was the one that no one had objected to and therefore was decided on (see earlier post :rolleyes: ). This ain't rocket science, pick a date, place and time, add name to the thread, turn up and enjoy!!. Ain't to difficult is it?.

May I suggest to our regional meeting director (bows down to the all-mighty Roo :P) that as well as having it every 8 (or 4 or whatever) weeks, we alternate between two days so if some people can never make it on a particular day of the week, they can the next time? Just an idea :) Don't shoot the fake meet-organiser :o

Fine by me Mr Moderater sir :orb_not_w (I am only a humble minion compared to thou :P ) 'twas only a suggestion to make it a permanant fixture in the events calender, as was asked.

There's no point even starting to think about it, apart from the fact you have a clutch to buy you wouldn't really like it anyway. The smell of the leather is the worst part, gets to you as soon as you open the door :D

i got a bit lost in the thread 17/11/05 at the J&H on a the A33 if so i will be there new member just got my Octty VRs :thumbup:

People will probably being ordering food so we'll more than likely be round the back taking up a couple of tables.

I certainly hope for his health he's already negociated a SWMBO pass* :P ;)

* refers to anything related to SWMBO. This includes moving house, sealing off new shower unit with silicon and accompanying her free-fall skydiving parachute jumps
