What tweaks have you done?

Do you know if you can change it so when you unlock the passenger door all the doors unlock with a single press?

It really pees me off having to press the key fob several times when trying to open the passenger door.

Me too, got it done when mine went in for the pulling.

Selective Central Locking / Single Click Unlock

1. Select 46 - Central Conv.

2. Select 07 - Coding

3. Select Long Coding Helper

4. Move to Byte 0

5. Un-tick Bit 0

6. Exit Long Coding

7. Select Close Controller

Add to that the anti hijack locking and the chirp on lock/Unlock.

Can I ask why you have deactivated the seat belt chime?

does deactivating it cause a problem

No, not at all. Was just wondering why, do you not wear a belt while driving?

of course i wear a seat belt thats a rather stupid question its the law

Because everyone follows the law........

It was just a question as to why you would deactivate it especially if you wear a seat belt anyway so you wouldn't be hearing it.

Not a stupid question at all, no need to get defensive.

Hi, Just had a fault light come up on a Fabia 2008 1.9tdi.  Would anyone be able to help me out and do a code scan?  Live near Lincoln.

Thanks

It's the sound of the windscreen shattering against the skull I don't like and the £75 excess to Autoglass, bring on the chimes !!!

£75 excess, that one really made me chuckle! Nice one [emoji106]

not going to lie that i think its really sad that you have taken it upon your self to lecture me for a simple chime been deactivated

Not going to lie that I think its really strange that you have deactivated a simple chime that you don't hear

Also, a question does not equate to a lecture......

Mine was just in jest, certainly not lecturing you but it is a bit strange you've deleted something you never hear!!!

We do have a point though.

Driving with a seatbelt isnt just a legal requirement that serves 3 points to those not complying, but a feature to help with your own safety given an RTC.

Why would you possibly want to deactivate that?

I notice youve deleted your previous post.
