Hi guys hope somebody can help: got a 2009 fl Octavia l&k and the nearside headlamp has stopped levelling on start up. both focus horizontally but the nearside headlamp does not rise up, any ideas?

does anybody know if the headlamps are controlled by a single sensor / control unit or are they separate for each headlamp ?

There is a front and rear levelling sensor and a single controller all of which operate on the lights as a pair I believe. There is presumably some kind of motor in each light to control the lamp movement though?

Need a scan, maybe clearing the error will go ok again.
