As title really,

Iv'e just placed my order (see other post, taking the plunge), however I was put off the sunroof by the front half of the roof being black, and the rear half the same colour as the rest of the car.

 

Now tonight I suddenly thought what about having the rear half wrapped in gloss black to match the front!

 

So my question is has anybody had this done and was it successful?

 

And any photo's, preferably race blue.

A member on here had his white Octavian with sunroof wrapped ( black ) and was very successful . I had a race blue Octavia with a wrapped roof b pillars grille and fog surrounds in black magic , though no sunroof

I've got my Black Edition hatch roof wrapped gloss black..but it hasn't got a sunroof and it's Moon White. Cost about £250 and the dealer arranged fitting before collection. The aerial requires removal to ensure a pukka job.

Just been and added the sunroof to the list of options for my car, dealer will get the remainder of the roof wrapped to match the sunroof surround for when I collect it.

No problem Butch, it's only money...£850 is a set of golf clubs, fishing tackle or a membership to a health club....um, or a holiday!

Wish I knew mate, I've been working here for 3 years and living here for the last 12 months and it's all a dark art to me!

 

Will try to get some photo's up, but it seems so far away, last week of April/1st week May, or build week 11 so maybe the end of March (depends on who you speak to at the dealers!).
