If you're changing your cam belt on 1.9 diesel you You don't need a specialized locking kit you have everything you need in your toolbox.

 

6 mm drill will lock the fuel pump

 

16mm spanner will lock the cam

 

And a modified angle grinder spanner will adjust the tensioner

You can use right angle circllip pliers for timing belt tensioner. Thats what I did when I changed mine a few weeks ago.
