AUM turbo on AUB engine. could this be done?

If somehow you could modify the 1.4 manifold to seat the 1.8 turbo, it would be a right mess, and then engine management?

 

WIth mk4 golf 1.8Ts around for £500-£600 it makes you wonder why bother?  Cheaper to probably drop a whole AGU lump into a fabia.
