Replacing interior lighting with LED's

Hello,

I am looking to replace my interior lighting bulbs with High Power Bright White LED bulbs. I have found a kit that provides 3 bulbs for the front, 2 for the boot lights and 1 for the rear passenger overhead light.

The kit says its for a Mk2 Octavia but also says 2004 - 2008. My car is a 2012 VRS.

I know my car has 3 seperate lights in the rear passenger area, but apart from that is there any differences between the interior lighting or fittings between a 2004 - 2008 car and my 2012 model ?
