Well I've ben in talks with joelk2010 a while now about getting a full exhaust system made up for my fabia from his friend who does the EGR kits

 

well after some time waiting it finally got it delivered and fitted during the week,

 

the sound from this system is actually pretty nice from a diesel, on full throttle and high rpm not far off for petrol sound.

 

its a a full true 2.5" system all the way threw from turbo back, all the bends and welded joins and just looks mint.

 

i went for a system with no tip so i could add my own one.

 

I've actually got more power/pull from the car now and the nice turbo noise.

 

after a couple of little tweeks to the system its perfect now

Looks well. Would he be willing to make more of these or was this just a one off? If enough people are interested and the price is reasonable it could be a nice little earner for him! 

i think it might be in the pipe line just after he's got the little weeks sorted out, i paid £350 for the whole system

It looks really well made and is a very sensible size, I approve.

 

Did you have it remapped post fitting or does it just 'feel' stronger, I'm struggling to see how it can have increased performance at all unless you were right on the 220 BHP cusp.

To get this up and running I would require another person willing to get one fitted after the tweaks.

Also the only "tip" options available at the moment is either non, to add your own, or a downward facing one like in the 1st two pictures.

 

Being hand built I suspect slight variation in each kit is to blame for the needed tweaks but waiting to hear back from him for an opinion.

Well after fitting it I noticed on my boost gauge I was getting more boost. About 3-4psi. Mapping will be adjusted again soon when I get on the rolling road.
