I think I might be missing something

I noticed it today, as I've said a few times before, I have a 2011 hatchback monte and my wife has a 14 plate estate monte. I noticed today that the rear of my car is very sparse. I looked several times before I realised that she has a 'SKODA' badge on the left side of her tailgate and I have... well, nothing. Is this right? Were they that ashamed 3 years ago to put 'Skoda' badges on it twice?

Did you buy it new? The badges are dead easy to remove with a bit of dental floss on a warm day. Quite a few people do it as they like the look...

The skoda lettering is on the newer cars that have the black and chrome circular badges, 2013 onwards iirc

Exhaust gas getting into the coolant

Hi, I've recently sold my MK2 and bought a MK3. I'm having issues with the exhaust gas getting into the coolant. I need to find out what is causing this. Is it likely to be the EGR or something more serious like a blown head gasket or a crack in the block? I've only had this car for 5 weeks so am looking to approach the dealer I bought it from. They only gave a 30 day warranty. They already had it in for a week and were supposed to repair this but they haven't done it.

I have a 2020 manual and I have a slight play with the gear knob at the end (please excuse the euphemism), I am able to twist the knob slightly, its not so loose that it feels like its coming off, but the main stick is not moving at all its just the end, so it’s not the actual gearbox. Is this normal or something that can be tightened, as I can not find a picture of the inside of the Mk4, in the Mk3 it seems to be held in place with a metal clip, so if the Mk4 is made the same way, I’m guessin

Hi Folks, Both the front and rear window washers on my MK3 Fabia not working but window wipers do operate. Google it and go through the last posts but no clue. 1) No pump sound 2) My friend help to test the fuses no. 22, 27, 31 and 46, are all fine 3) At pump, the voltage around 11.x V but it will dropped to around 0.5v when turn on the wipers 4) The washer reservoir is full 5) The car battery replaced last summer with normal 12.6V Any idea please, Many thanks in advance
