What speed limiter?  Do you mean the warning sound when the set speed is exceeded?  If so can be cancelled (or the set speed changed) in the MFD.  If no MFD then page 22 in my owner's manual describes how to set and cancel the speed warning.

I think the OP is referring to an actual speed limiter which apparently is a one way action, meaning you can only go downwards unless a Skoda dealer gets involved at cost.

Maybe not and VCDS can remove the limit.

Now I'm more confused more than the original post. What do you mean downwards at cost.

AFAIK the speed limit once set can only be reduced further, not increased or removed.

To remove it once set requires dealer specialist equipment hence cost as VCDS cannot undo what it does on this occasion.

Of course I could be talking turkey, I'm just recalling a post somebody made a while ago so if you know better I'm happy to be corrected.
