Is this a good deal?

Featured Replies

I have ordered a Mk3 Octy after all. Ended up with a deal almost as good as I am currently on so went for it. Car should be with me in two to three weeks.

I will have owned all three generations of Octy when I get the new one. :-))

Nice one! What spec did you end up with?

Glad to hear it Rob, I walked past a Mazda 3 in the supermarket carpark today and the only thing I could think was "that ain't big"

So come on tells, what spec, price, discount ect.

I just went for the SE spec. 1.6 TDi. Been happy with this engine in out Mk2 to be honest and like the face the new one is zero road tax. :-) ended up about a thousand off list price. Traded in my Mk2 for just above the parkers trade in so can't complain there really. Got car mats and a full tank of diesel too. I really don't think I was going to get any better than the deal is got. And I am pretty happy that's the main thing. Went for Candy White one.

Sounds OK Rob, you've got a bit more for your old car, giving a bit less for the new one, some freebies too and your happy.

Enjoy her when she arrives

I could have pushed the boat out and gone for something higher up the range. But the problem is that being a Yorkshireman, I can't actually bring myself to pay for something with much more power etc. Lol. Would rather have something like I have and am getting and more money in my pocket for other things.

Yeah I went up to an Elegance due to wanting to option some other bits that nearly cost as much as the difference between the SE and Elegance and options add nothing to the GFV hence, it was the same PCP monthly payments as the Elegance.

I was considering trying to sell my current one on here before it got traded in.
