310mm rear brake upgrade info please

Hi all,

Just a quick one. For the rear 310mm brake conversion, I know you can use the s3/cupra/r32 set up, but are the actual caliper the same as on the 2010 fl vrs tsi? Can you just replace the caliper carrier and disc and use the original caliper. I'd assumed that you have to get the whole set up but sometimes it's worth checking with people who have dabbled in the past!
