Don't. Its a very dated module with limited functions. I have heard reports of similar items arriving faulty too and then its a headache to return....

What age of car have you got and does it have maxidot? And which headunit?

ive got the amundsen + unit which hasnt got the bluetooth built in ( checked already ) and its in skoda fabia 2012. the car doesnt have the full display or mfsw

Without maxidot you need a unit that will connect via the phone end rather than the car end. It will then display contacts on the head unit. This means you need a 7p6 035 730 j or above suffix, or 5k0 035 730 d or above suffix. Enter the part numbers with and without spaces on eBay and you will hopefully get lucky with a tidy deal.

You will need the loom and mic which can be got separately from www.carsystems.pl, they also do the modules but they are a little pricey for the latter.

I work local to you so if you need any coding (quite likely) I have genuine VCDS, so just let me know.
