Not sure what you call it (sound deadening material/heat matting?), but it sits behind the engine/under the scuttle panel.

 

 

Hate seeing it every time I open the bonnet. Any easy fixes?

 

There must be a glue you can buy to stick it in place, or even a 3m product to hold it there

How about spray carpet glue, something like this maybe?

Spray glue. ..I use that for that exact problem. Every time I open a Skoda bonnet whilst carrying out a service.
