However going from the 200ps Octy vRS in to the Citigo i had for a courtesy car during a service, I was pleasantly surprised at how well it went

You could always try playing one dealer off against the other and see if you get anywhere

Yes, you could on the Monte, but I'm pretty sure that all of the Black Editions came as a package which was standard

Get the Monte Carlo the Black is an SE with a few extras. The monte has better interior. The Black has a very basic interior
