Hi guys, can anyone tell me what this is? Its positioned at the front of the engine under the inlet manifold? Looks like some sort of pump but one of the mounts is broken, just need to know if its something to worry about?

Looks like a Coolant recirculation pump?

Isn't that the secondary air pump?  Bit of a stab as I've never actually seen mine.  I don't think that will effect the pump much but if its rattling and bouncing around a pipe could pop off, you'll know when this happens because on cold start it will sound like a lawnmower, idle will bounce around and your engine light may come on.  You can take them off and delete them, there's a guide on here, may be a better bet than fixing the mounting, lots of people do it, I intend to just don't get chance.

Mine spent 18months hanging by its pipes like yours before i removed it. Not sure how long it was like that before i bought it
