I have a 6-month old Citigo that had the Autoglym Lifeshine treatment and since new I have applied monthly treatments of Sonax BSD. With the weather looking good this weekend I was considering applying another layer of polish, do I need to strip off the Sonax with a clay bar first? Or can I simply wash and then polish?

Looking at autoglym's website they say you can apply their products on top of lifeshine including their high dev wax but you shouldn't use the high dev cleaner so I would think the clay bar would be a no no. Try searching their site a bit more-I'm on my mobile so can't easily see their full site. HTH

What polish is it?

I would wash and then fully decon the car and start again with some new polish and then a fresh coat of wax to seal it all in,then next time you wash the car go round with your bsd.

I have the full range of Autoglym products that came with the Lifeshine treatment.
