Bought a felicia with fanbelt snapped off. i bought a fanbelt at a dealership but when i fitted it on all the wheels it seems to long.

the car has power steering and no ac.

It is a 99 1.3 felicia

It looks like that belt is for Felicia with PS and A/C. Hopefully somebody will help with proper part code.

In the gates automotive data book it lists the same belt for ac and non-ac models, thats odd, must be wrong surely.

Yeah, I saw that confusion too. Maybe a local owner of Felicia with PS/no A/C could help this fresh Felicia owner from Iceland by reading what says on their belt.
 
Yet I have a feeling the code might actually be correct, but the belt was threaded wrong. According to Gates' Passenger Car & Light Truck Applications – 1996 & Newer (PDF) catalog page 79 "If the belt appears too short or long to be installed, it is probably threaded the wrong way around the central smooth pulley."

Ah yes, found a different book, do the pulleys have 4 grooves or 6 grooves?
