There's also a degree of play in the top torx screw holes. Loosen and push the headlamp forwards will lower the beam.

Strange how one headlight is too low, whereas the other is too high.

Question's are, why have they moved, and, what has moved them in opposite directions ??

This usually happens if the car has been involved in collision and the headlight brackets are damaged....

Possibly a combination of a broken bracket on one side and duff adjusters on the other. It's not unknown for the adjustment mech to break.

 

If you need new headlight assemblies, they can be had, new, on eBay for under £90!

 

Therer are or were a couple of guides floating around showing how to remove them too.

Was some discussion about the necessity of removing the front bumper. Some felt it could be loosened without removing the side fixings.
