Skoda Octavia vRS 1.8T - 52 plate, almost 120k miles. MOT’d until October 2015. Car is near Bridgend, South Wales.

 

I’ve owned this car since June 2011 & bought it from a Skoda technician who worked in Newport Skoda. Selling as I need to make space for my new company car.

 

This car has wanted for nothing in my time of ownership, as you can see from the description of works below. Has 4 good tires (Jinyu on front, Falken 452 on back) & is ready to drive away.

 

Normal vRS refinements such as part leather seats, vRS floor mats etc - carpets are great for the age.

 

I like to keep my cars as stock as possible, but have made some sensible additions:

Shark Stage1 map (only added after I changed all the pipework. valves, coils etc & ensured car was good)

Carbonio CAI with Pipercross filter (I can include original airbox if required)

Bluetooth, USB, SD, handsfree headunit - streams well from my iPhone (can include original & working Skoda unit)

Saikou Michi Catchcan

 

Bad points (please keep in mind this is almost a 13 year old car!!!):

Small dent on nearside front wheel arch. I’ve tried to show this in the pictures - the paint is undamaged & you probably wouldn’t even notice.

Stone chipping to bonnet in line with the age of the car.

When cleaning for sale, I’ve noticed two small patches of lacquer crazing on roof.

Occasionally the internal boot trim will pop off. (I don’t think I’ve got the ‘knack’ re-attach it properly, but it seems well in place at the moment).

Alloys are scuffed & bubbling in places to varying degrees (never bothered me).

Drivers side external mirror 'pod' is cracked where an Audi driver decided to squeeze passed me. I'll include left & right new & boxed unpainted replacements ready to be fitted.
