Hi I've just fitted dssr 130 injectors and since fitting when its cold it starts fine but when warm ive got to crank key for around 5 seconds before it revs and I can drive off. any ideas

Mine is same (though no fancy injectors). Had a look at other threads and seems a fairly common problem. Could be IIRC weak battery or cam position sensor or a host of other things! Not got it sorted yet..

cam position sensor my guess that's first in the morning will update

I'd guess so because if the crank goes down then the Cam sensor can still start and run the car but takes twice the time to calculate the trial and error iirc

Any faults on VCDS?

Mine is actually the other way around.  It can be a bit of a bitch to start when cold.  Nothing too severe just a little more cranking and a fair amount of white smoke for a few seconds.  When hot it starts on the button.

Can you measure signal feed voltages on vcds?

turned out the dssr 130 injectors were supplying to much fuel even when mapped to fuel as less as possible went like stink though but to much smoke, have since got the 130's out and put the standard ones back in, and now it starts perfect new map for what I got and its good enough for now sent the 130's back and got dssr 90's on the way :)
