Variable steering as in the mode selection?

No. As in actually variable steering angle depending on speed.

 

Not sure we can get that in the UK?  Sounds nice though, I could do with 4x4 in the winter!

Unfortunately you can't. The Scout is your only option with that engine and 4x4, but it's not as quick due to its dimensions.
