Bought my little VRS 7 months ago from an old guy where it had 35k on the clock and some mould on the inside and out due to it being sat so much on his driveway. H&R TwinTube coilovers and a set of refurbed 312's were fitted a few weeks back and a Faboka remap done last week (took logs myself and used his file service), which i am really happy and would highly reccomend to anyone. It has transformed the car - got a low torque map, a high torque where i can simply switch it using VCDS Lite. I tend to leave it on the low torque map due to the 500 miles per week i do in it. Finally, just wacked some cheap matt grey spray paint on the wheels to tidy them up.

 

Hope this small review helps anyone thinking of any of these mods - all idea came from this forum somewhere so thanks Briskoda!

Thanks John, I still keep meaning to get those logs to you but so many things have come up which have prevented me from doing them! you will get them eventually....................but yes, really happy with it, seems to be doing ~55mpg now as opposed to ~51mpg, which was the main criteria for this map. Great work
