Looks like the live comes from a fuse, to the reversing light switch.  According to the Haynes book of lies the wire to the reversing light switch from the fuse box is black & white.  Then black & red from the switch to the light cluster.

It's actually to hook up to a relay to then power on a reverse camera.

Just splice into the wire going to the reverse lamp on the rear cluster.

Rear fog light fuse 37 (7.5 Amp).

 

Reversing lights fuse 13 (10 Amp).

 

Just splice into the wire going to the reverse lamp on the rear cluster.
