Gas-saving technology? Is that what in Europe and the rest of the world is called small engines? Sheesh!

Yep, the folks we met in America couldn't belive that a highway figure of 60mpg is possible in a car. Perhaps gas saving technology is not using the 'no substitute for cubes and so not having a 4litre v6 putting out just 190bhp mated to a stupid power sapping slush box.
