I have some of these what's the score with them, do they fit on the arms?

I guess they allow you adjust camber on the back?

What sort of values do folk run?

Not much point in them really unless your running air and disco wheels

As I've read these can give good results, as the rear wheels are toeing in quite a lot as standard.
