For removing bolt caps for the wheels

Tweezers or removing the plastic wheel nut covers.

Look after it because it is worth its weight in gold when you need to take a wheel off.

To me, it Looks like the tool you use to take the (plastic) caps of the wheel nuts.

ok cheers, will stick in with the spare wheel then.

don't lose it or those caps are a real pain to get off, as you will need either a pair of long nose pliers or a couple of fine screwdrivers to prise them out

Definitely hide it when you take your car in for a service mechanics don't always remember to put them back and also make a note of the number stamped on top of the splined nut for removing security wheel bolt that can go walkabouts as well Joe
