I bet it was, always wanted an RS 2000 or Mexico, cost a packet to get a decent one now.

A nice collection of products you've bought there

You must show us the results when you've used them

A good selection of premium products you have there. Once you have at least 2 of everything and no shelf space left you will need medication. we can arrange that for you! :D

Yea, 2.5 Millington engine with over 300bhp and sequential gearbox = lots of fun. They go for huge money now.

The collection does get a little silly....  :D

Octy should be built next week so hopefully will have my hands on it in about 3 weeks, will spend a few hours on it when I get it home and take some snaps!

On a side note, I bought some Rain X in Halfords as it was buy 2 get 1 free, I know why now! It's terrible for smearing whenever you use the wipers and down right lethal if driving into a low sun and washing the windscreen!!! Any tips for removing the Rain X from the windscreen and a better product to clean the windows instead? Will probably just use up the rain x on the side windows but won't be putting it near the windscreen again!

That's a fair bit of gear alright!! Better start making room in the shed!

I got it all out for a little check and see what I didn't need.  Turns out I didn't get rid of much :D

I also left the pressure washer in the shed, and I have now got a third machine polisher to use.

I really don't rate RainX at all..particularly on front screens

My favourite is Gtechniq G5

You will need to rub alcohol or meths on the screen....dilute if you wish, but it's not necessary on glass IMO

Then reapply with G5

For the first minte or so it will smear, but then go clear

Durability is dependant on how mduch you use your wipers..typically a couple of months..side windows twice that

Cheers Chris, I'll try that.

Nice product choices. Enjoy!

Makes me want to use some coli 845 now.

I'd echo what ChrisRS suggests - RainX isn't that good.

I too use GTechniq G5 and get in excess of 4 months from it without reapplication. if you want better durability then use their G1 product but it's a PITA to apply.
