Just a quickie..

 

Had to take the battery out this weekend to sort the solenoid wire starting issue.

 

Before I pulled it out the mileage trip said 240 miles remaining..

 

After the battery went back in it now says 150 miles remaining??

 

Any ideas?

mine dont move after just 30 miles drive it and it will compensate for its self or atleast it should

The computer works out the range by remembering long term MPG/speed/driving style etc. When you take the battery off it clears the memory so when reconnecting it will guess a rough figure through how much fuel is left in the tank. After driving a good few miles / refuelling it will start to even out and give you a more accurate reading.
