Its a mod by installing industrial springs on boot hydraulic lifters.....

What if we could straight away wire this switch with the boot switch. It should work and more over it will only pop up by pressing the unlock button on the centre console first and then pressing this button.... which means nothing would happen in the moving car if its pressed accidentally untill unless unlock button is pressed......

O2FL:
There is no possibility to use the door controller, because no dedicated input on the controller for the trunk release button.
Connect the switch circuit to the J519 (black connector, pin 13) as a parasite (this is the original trunk realase button input pin, so there is a brown/red wire) and the other end of the switch circuit just connect to the GND. The button illumination is the same as the ESR or TPMS buttons.
