Insurance must be a right barsteward for you though - I am 24 and still pay throught the nose for mine - obviously I must still count as a menace on the roads

My Mrs Is Over 25 So I AM Lucky Enuff As To Just Go Named Driver And Not Pay Too Much!!

I'm not an insurance expert, though it might be worth checking with someone who is, about being a named driver in the event of an accident, since I think some policies are automatically invalidated if the named driver is actually the primary driver. It used to be the case that the additional premium was not very different, since some insurers would calculate you as the main risk and cost the Mrs as the second name.

Not much help I'm afraid except that it would be better to know where you stand.

Mo, the best thing is the insurance company wont know how many times i or the mrs use the car!! LOL so it all should be fine!!

had to do this with my last car!! at 19 i couldnt insure an bmw m3 coupe but the mrs insurec me as name driver and not had any probs!
